Welcome to Shipwale (www.shipwale.com), operated by BLACK EAGLE (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform and services. By accessing or using Shipwale, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2Definitions

Platform: Shipwale website and services. User: Any individual or business using the platform. Services: Shipment booking, logistics support, and related services. Courier Partner: Third-party logistics providers.

3Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, provide accurate and complete information, and comply with all applicable laws to use our services.

4User Account

Users must register to access services and are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. Any activity under your account is your responsibility, and Shipwale is not liable for unauthorized usage.

5Services Overview

Shipwale acts as an intermediary platform connecting users with courier/logistics partners. We facilitate shipment booking, provide tracking and coordination, and enable payment processing. We do not directly provide delivery services.

6User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate shipment details, ensure proper packaging, not ship prohibited items, and comply with courier and government regulations.

7Prohibited Items

Users must not ship illegal goods, hazardous materials, explosives, or restricted items. Violation may lead to immediate account suspension and legal action.

8Pricing & Payments

All charges are displayed on the platform and may vary based on the courier partner. Payments must be made in advance. Shipwale is not responsible for payment gateway failures or bank-related issues.

9Cancellation & Refund

Governed by our Refund Policy. Users are advised to review it separately.

10Shipment & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only. Shipwale is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or government restrictions.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shipwale shall not be liable for loss or damage of shipments, delays, or indirect damages. Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the service.

12Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party providers like courier companies and payment gateways. We are not responsible for their actions, delays, or failures.

13Intellectual Property

All content on Shipwale is owned by the Company. Users may not copy, reproduce, or misuse content.

14Suspension & Termination

Shipwale reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice and block users for policy violations.

15Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Shipwale against claims, damages, and legal liabilities arising from your misuse of the platform.

16Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay due to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or events beyond our control.

17Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall be the courts of your registered business location or the Company's location.
